We are looking for a resilient, empathetic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. The Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales goals for the respective location by acquiring and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added services or features, and tracking changes in consumption. You will also need to build staff capacity through regular training and mentoring. Ultimately, an excellent Business Development Manager will closely monitor client feedback to ensure our products and services always exceed expectations.
Job Description:
100% SALES oriented demand for work 90% time in the field (client side). Development of sales targets and business growth and ensuring their fulfillment. (Achieve monthly SALES GOALS) To cold call every day, track leads and inquiries, 80% outbound leads, processing and closer sales Identifying new SALES LEADS – Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media and Google) to identify new leads and potential new markets. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up appointments – Need to create a BUSINESS (SALES) for web marketing services. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes the purchasing decisions to achieve monthly SALES. Elaboration of offers, proposals, negotiations, finalization of orders and closing of deals – preparation of PowerPoint presentations and SALES Contacting clients to inform them of new developments in the digital space. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and ensuring cross SALE or UPSELLING skills Sales oriented nature and ability to generate new customers prioritizing company growth.

Candidate Profile:
- Good command of English (both written and verbal). Strong communication and IT fluency.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines, creative talents, and the ability to solve tough problems.
- Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone personality and active listening skills.
- Need to be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry and its current events.
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations & attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must Qualification:
- Min 2 years Sales Experience in IT selling or digital agency & good with numbers and targets.
- MBA in marketing from reputed Institute, for postgraduate min. 4-year experience in the field of sales.
- Must have a good geographic and demographic understanding of the location
- Need to be self-motivated and consistently perform at a high level.

A Digital Marketing Executive plays a very crucial and specific role as a part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team. The job description of a Digital Marketing Executive includes:
- Attaining certain and specific goals in generating leads, lead qualification, marketing communication, building brand image and conversion of the leads
- Marketing of digital products such as websites and mobile applications in both ways – Online and Offline. It includes giving ideas for printed materials such as brochures and posters as well as executing online marketing campaigns
- Using Digital Marketing strategies for marketing a product, whether digital or not. This includes online adverts, viral Youtube videos or any online marketing campaign
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns and other marketing efforts, evaluating them and taking proper measures to improve the performance.
Responsibilities:
Above was the brief description of what you need to do as a Digital Marketing Executive. But along with this designation, comes certain responsibilities which you need to accept and take over in order to comply with the performance expected from you. Some of these responsibilities are mentioned below:
- Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness
- Performing activities relating to Search Engine Marketing (paid) & Optimization (organic) on a continuous basis
- Creating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns
- Executing Social Media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc
- Reviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sources
- Promoting employer’s products and/or services in the digital space
- Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate leads and retain existing customers
- Analysing market research and plan promotions, competitions and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
Must Qualification:
- Candidate must have minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience executing all the digital marketing channels
- Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member
- Candidate must have good English communication skills, both oral and written
- Should have worked on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google webmaster tools
- Knowledge of word press or any other CMS
- Google certification preferred (analytics & ads)
